Upstairs Under Thatch is a private unit with a thatched roof. This quaint room is accessed by an outside, wooden staircase. The room features a king-size bed that can be made into two single beds upon request for prior arrangement, and an
en-suite bathroom with a romantic old-fashioned bathtub-please note, there is no shower.
It features a small bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Fitted with luxurious white percale linen and a down duvet you will sleep peacefully and comfortably. The bed has an electric blanket for the cold winter evenings. Fresh towels are supplied for guests.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and chair, a dressing table and two lounge chairs. The room has a fan for the warm summer months and a cosy electric heater for the cold Clarens winters.
There is a flat screen TV with a DSTV, featuring the DSTV Premium Bouquet and free WiFi.
Please note, this room does not have a full kitchenette or private braai facilities.
The room is serviced daily, excluding Christmas day, Good Friday and New Year's day. We regret to inform that this unit is not pet-friendly.
